1. Personnel Screening & Recruiting
Trigger Facilities and Human Resources Organization screen the personnel employed by them before appointing them the complete address including Village references, photographs, Xerox Copies of Ration Card, School Leaving Certificate with experience certificate etc; are kept on records. The person after selection are trained at our training center, during which the finer aspects of there position are fully explained to them in theory as well as practically minimum Secondary School Certificate pass qualification is also the criteria for selection of " Security Personnel ".
2. Security Report
On The Basis of recommendation and confidential information received from our esteemed clients and the investigations carried out by our highly trained professional staff, a complete, impartial, confidential and comprehensive study / report is submitted.
3. Surprise Check & Night Rounds
We Undertake surprise checks including night rounds. Our trained and mobile officers will always be on call for emergency.
4. Replacement & Rotation of Personnel
In Order to avoid undue familiarity & acquaintance, we rotate our personal as and when demanded or required. If our client is not satisfied with any of our personnel, a phone call is all that required to have him / them transferred within 24 hours. However we reserve the right to change our staff from the premises of our client at anytime as and when found necessary.

Our Personnel Deployed at your site will always by immaculately dressed with their complete uniform. With normal accessories such as black leather belt, leather shoes, batons, whistles and identity cards with their photograph duly attested.
